Services
As a psychotherapist, I support my clients using a systemic brief therapy approach. I am available online or in person at my practice in Curicó, Chile. I offer psychological online consultations for German clients.
My clients come to me because:

They feel that their lives no longer have any meaning.

They are often sad or feel a lot of anger.

They have anxieties that manifest as generalized anxiety, social anxiety, or panic attacks.

They can no longer concentrate on work or other activities.

They feel that they are worthless (self-esteem)

They have just lost a loved one and are looking for support in their grief.
Sometimes life feels outwardly stable, yet inwardly heavy, empty, or restless. Perhaps you function well in everyday life, at work, or in relationships, but sense that something is out of balance.
Seeking support takes courage. The courage to look inward, to allow questions, and to think in new ways. As a psychologist, I offer a safe space where this courage can grow.
In my work, I support adults who are going through personal, emotional, or life-historical transitions and who desire a safe space for reflection, relief and growth. My work is primarily conversation-based, and I adapt my techniques to the specific situation.
My services
The sessions last 50 minutes and the fee is:

$30,000 ISAPRE / $25,000 Fonasa (Chile)

€50.00 (outside of Chile)
Payment for the session is made via bank transfer no later than 48 hours before the appointment.
About me
Changing cultural contexts, along with becoming a mother, has fundamentally reshaped my perpective and opened me to new paths.
I was born and raised in Hamburg, Germany, where I completed my secondary education. . I then began my studies in psychology in Valencia, Spain.
In 2017, I moved to Chile to continue my psychology studies in Talca. After completing my five-year degree program, I obtained the profesional qualification to work as a psychotherapist in Chile.
Today I live about 200 km south of Santiago de Chile, in the beautiful Maule region, in the city of Curicó, where I also run my private practice.
From early on, my academic focus was on clinical psychology. Since completing my degree, I have continuously deepened my professional expertise through further training and professional development. A detailed list of all my postgraduate training can be found on the desktop version of my website.
In my free time, I find balance in nature, while hiking and in the quiet, mindful process of handcrafting. Both offer me a restoritive counterbalance to the eventful daily life of motherhood. These experiences also shape my therapeutic approach - one that is mindfull, unhurried, and open to personal growth.
